Step 1: Record A 40-45-Second 'Piece-To-Camera'

Find a well lit part of the gym and a smartphone (or a better camera if available). Either film yourself selfie-style, use a tri-pod or get someone to film you delivering a clear, smiley, energetic 'piece-to-camera' about your upcoming event.

A few tips:

• Make sure we can see you! Find good lighting and clean the lens before filming.

• Make sure we can hear you! Ensure there's no background noise. Use a mic if you have one. Headphones might work if not. Speak loudly and clearly and check the sound before sending.

• Frame yourself! Film in portrait and set up the camera so the bottom of the frame is somewhere between chest and waist height.

• 40-45 Seconds, One Take! The video you submit must be between 40 and 45 seconds and the piece-to-camera must be delivered in one take.

• Personality beats perfection! Download one of the example scripts as a starting point, but it's more important for you to come across naturally, so please freestyle as much as you want.
